Gender Equality Indicators

Devialet considers that equality between women and men is a social issue and a priority axis. We ensure compliance with the non-discrimination principle and the objectivity of all decisions taken as part of our Human Resources policy. The law of September 5, 2018 for "the freedom to choose your professional future" requires companies to calculate their gender equality index each year. It allows us to carry out an analysis and monitoring over time of the evolution of professional equality at Devialet. Based on a 100 point scale, this index is the evaluation of 4 indicators defined by law.

Here's are the details of the scores for 2024 : 

1/ Pay gap between women and men : 
Score : 39/40

2/ Difference in distribution of individual salary increases :
Score : 35/35

3/ Difference in individual increases upon return from maternity leave :
Score : NA

4/ Presence of women among the 10 highest earners in the company :
Score : 10/10

In 2024, the index is 99 points (Vs. 92 in 2023). We are still working actively to maintain this score and make Devialet a company where all employees, women and men, have the same opportunities.
