I. Purpose of the Devialet Elevate Program

The Devialet Elevate Program is a service offered to customers when purchasing a product from the DEVIALET ASTRA range, allowing them to benefit from a partial refund in exchange for their current Expert product.

II. Eligibility for the Devialet Elevate Program

When purchasing a DEVIALET ASTRA product, the customer can opt for the Devialet Elevate Program. To verify their eligibility, the customer must provide the model of their current Expert product and its serial number at the time of payment. Eligibility is subject to validation of the model and serial number.

III. Participation Terms

  • The customer must pay the full price of their new DEVIALET ASTRA purchase at the time of the order.
  • After the order is finalized, the customer has 14 calendar days to return their current Expert product.
  • The partial refund, the amount of which depends on the model of the current Expert product and the new DEVIALET ASTRA model purchased, will be processed after the Expert product has been received and validated by Devialet.

IV. Returns and Refunds

The customer will receive a partial refund once the returned Expert product has been received and validated by our services. The amount of this refund will be determined based on the models exchanged and communicated to the customer once the discounts have been established.

V. Return Conditions

The returned Expert product must match the model and serial number validated at the time of the order. Any non-compliant return may result in the cancellation of the refund.

VI. General Provisions

The refund conditions and applicable discounts will be confirmed once the final terms of the Devialet Elevate Program are established. The customer will be informed via email of the specific details of their refund once the Expert product has been received.

VII. Offer and Duration

This offer is limited in time and only available while stocks last. Devialet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Devialet Elevate Program at any time at its sole discretion, without notice. Any cancellation or modification will not entitle the customer to compensation or indemnification from Devialet.

VIII. Cancellation and Withdrawal

If the customer has not yet shipped their Expert product, they can cancel the trade-in simply by keeping their Expert product, meaning the Devialet Elevate Program will not apply to the DEVIALET ASTRA purchase, and no partial refund will be given. As stated above, the customer has 14 calendar days to return their current Expert product. If the Expert product has already been shipped to Devialet, cancellation of the trade-in or the Devialet Elevate Program is no longer possible. Devialet is unable to return the original Expert product once sent under the Devialet Elevate Program from the customer to Devialet. Additionally, once the customer has purchased a DEVIALET ASTRA and benefited from the Devialet Elevate Program, they can no longer withdraw from the purchase of the DEVIALET ASTRA in accordance with the legal provisions of the 14-day withdrawal period. Indeed, if the customer returns their Expert product and requests a refund under this program, the sale of the DEVIALET ASTRA will be considered final and not subject to withdrawal.
